Friendly staff. I always stay at this hotel when I come to Bangkok for vacation. I like the grand suite. It has enough space for myself and my girlfriend. One person can relax in a bedroom while another stay in a living room without disturbing each other. It’s next to terminal 21 mall which is a plus.

We had an excellent stay at Grande Centre Point Terminal 21. The location is hard to beat—directly connected to Terminal 21 and the BTS and MRT, which made getting around Bangkok incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with wonderful views of the city. After spending the day exploring Bangkok, coming back to the hotel felt genuinely relaxing. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Having the mall, restaurants, transportation, and everything else literally at our doorstep made the experience even better. A fantastic hotel in one of the most convenient locations in Bangkok. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

What else can you say, it's at 5 star hotel ontop of a mall with a great food court and easy access to the BTS and MRT. Great place to stay if you want that. Also the 10 floor infinity pool was fun, the view of Bangkok's skyline was cool.

This is an excellent hotel centrally located in Bangkok at Terminal 21 in Asok! This grounds are very well maintained, the breakfast bar is good and the staff is excellent! This is our second time staying at the hotel. First time was in February 2025. My wife and I love the hotel and can't think of a single bad thing to say about it. We will definitely be staying here in all future trips to Bangkok
