The airport shuttle was very easy to locate. They were there waiting for us even though we were late getting there due to airport issues. The hotel is beautiful! Rooms also very nice. The breakfast buffet that was included with our stay was phenomal! I didnt know where to start first! Staff excellent! We will definitely go back when we need to stay in Bangkok! Highly highly recommended!

Great airport views. Big improvement since I last stayed here when it was the Grand Come Inn. Breakfast was great, good select of Asian and Western. Staff were warm and welcoming.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, shuttle to airport was quick. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool. Overall it’s a decent hotel but I wouldn’t stay there again due to the atmosphere in the hotel room which is a bit sterile, it may suit others but it was very big and open and cold. Tile floors with big fluorescent lights only, no bedside lamps/reading lights. I prefer a cozier space.
