The staff was extremely helpful. There are multiple dining options within the hotel including an excellent bakery featuring pastries. There is also a shopping mall and supermarket very near the hotel. I particularly liked having a separate shower and bathtub. The location is excellent and the area around the hotel extremely safe.

My first stay at the hotel was in 1993 and it still looks as majestic and beautiful as it did then Great and caring arrive from the Receptionist who arranged a room for me despite arriving at 9am, way before check-in time. The pool area is still amazingly tranquil and calm. Highly recommend the hotel for luxury, value, service and most important is the super convenient location.

One of the OG hotels if central Bangkok. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Rooms old but good except excessive use of mirrors and mirrored tiles (overuse does NOT make the room seem larger). But all in all you can’t go wrong here!
