We had a family room, which was quite big and it came with a balcony, which opened and we didn't see any cockroches. But the room wasn't very clean and bathroom was a bit outdated. The pool was very nice and great view.

Ignore the negative rating. My stay here was pleasant, just that in that day the city or province had a sewage problem that made the surrounding area of the hotel smelled like sewage. Dont let this change your mind. Throughout my atay here was very amazing. I would book this hotel again when im coming back to thailand as it is nearby the 4 shopping malls

The condition of the hotel it’s very bad and also the air condition of the room is not working properly. I complain but they are said we fix it. It’s not fix other things. The left too noisy and scary. And I’ve been customer for a long time in this hotel regular customer I did ask for change room and they are charge me extra.

Needs an upgrade

Have stayed here several times over the last 10-12 years. Always reliable and comfortable. On this occasion I found the room to be very warm. The air conditioning appeared to be struggling. It made for an uncomfortable evening. As a group we had booked 2 rooms. Both rooms had issues with temperature. This made it an uncomfortable stay on this occasion. The buffet breakfast is wonderful. Plenty to chose from
