Five star price, but 1 star facilities and service

This hotel want to appear as 5 star, with a really high price. But they are located far from the city center, have no facilities like gym, swimming pool. No dailly free drinking water, no coffe/tea and even no kettle for boiling water. The elevator show 8 floors(?), but the hotel has only 4 floors. All rooms have view into the house next door.
