We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right above 2 huge malls the emporium and emquartier and the Phrom Phong BTS station. The staff from the front desk, bellman, doorman, room service and housekeeping was awesome and very professional. The buffet located on 7th floor was great with lots of options from Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Western selections and very spacious with lots of windows to enjoy the city view. We’ll stay in this hotel again when we’re back in Bangkok.

Everything was excellent. Staff, location, amenities. The front desk staff is so wonderful. Our washer didn’t work and they replaced it with a new one. Housekeeping is so nice. It’s attached to the mall in case it rains or it’s hot. We travelled with a small child so this was perfect. There’s a bridge walkway to emsphere, emquartier and emporium mall. All the Chatrium hotels are wonderful but we will be coming back to this one.

The location is absolutely fantastic and incredibly convenient, with the BTS station just steps away. It’s also right next to three major shopping malls, offering plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops to explore. The room was comfortable, clean and well-equipped, making our stay very relaxing. love staying at the Emporium Suites as the location is the best. Attached to a shopping center and next to a BTS station it is easy to get around and do some shopping or find a place to eat. It has also a top notch fitness area and very good swimming pool.
