Perfect stay for your family of 4. The connecting rooms with the king-twin configuration were very nice. Comfortable beds, lovely staff, great breakfast. Clean! Connects to the BTS, so easy to get around the city. Would definitely stay here again.

There is nothing not to like at this hotel. The staff is the best in the world. They care and give to every quest. The food and service is superb. The cleaners of the rooms go the extra mile to accommodate. I love the club lounge, the staff takes special care for great food and service. Can’t give enough complements.

Staff are friendly but check-in is very slow. Rooms are clean and spacious and beds are comfy. The facilities are limited for the size of this hotel; not enough elevators, so expect a long wait when moving floors, and the pool is too small to handle the volume of guests. The executive lounge is very underwhelming but the view is nice.
