The room had a fabulous view. It was so clean. It was spotless. The staff was professional and very courteous, and the amenities were fantastic. I love the breakfast buffet and the happy hour. That was free. If you stayed in a deluxe room I will definitely stay there again.

Second time stay, found the duration to wait for lift took much longer, probably due to energy saving. Spare more time in case of hurry. The hotel has direct access to both BTS and Airport link rail (which is 30 minutes to the Bangkok international station). There are two infinity pools. Both offer magnification views. ALL of the staff were nice, friendly and very helpful. Food offered in the buffet breakfast were great to say the least. Will definitely come back again.

Amazing stay at Eastin. Staff is helpful and although we faced an issue with our booking, they found some appropriate solutions. Also, we were able to use the hotel facilities after check out (our flight was at night and we were able to use showers etc. Until the end of the day, which cost 50€ per day in some hotels in Bangkok that proposed « day pass »). The hotel is recent and wonderful and the staff is very friendly. Thank you !

Location was very convenient as it’s basically the last stop from the airport line. There’s a 7-11 nearby which makes it awesome for some last min snacks. My only prob was that the water pressure in the shower is not as strong as other properties I’ve been in.
