We have stayed at this hotel over 10 times when we are in Bangkok. The hotel is clean, great location, family friendly, great breakfast, and the staff are always helpful in many ways. This is a nice hotel on a good location, soi 26, only a 8 minute walk to BTS. The positives are that my room was nice, even if it was smaller. The only reason I don't give it a higher score is because when I got back to my room around 11:30 pm, there was water all over the floor and it was dripping like crazy from the ceiling. Fortunately in the hallway. An engineer came and "fixed" it, but the next morning it was doing it again. I can't imagine I'm the first person who had this issue, so rather than slapping a band-aid on it, they need to fix it properly. Coincidentally, at breakfast the ceiling by my table also dripped a bit. So this makes me wonder if the whole building is having AC condensation/drainage issues? Speaking of breakfast, the buffet was HUGE, and very good. Probably the best I've seen in a hotel. Nice staff too and were very apologetic about my ceiling leaking issue. But to pay full price and have these issues is a bit of a disappointment.
