Central hotel, near the famous Khao San road. A little bit tricky to get to if you’re travelling by car/taxi as there was no designated drop off/pick up point. Staff were lovely. Room and, overall, the property was stylish. It has the basic amenities for a one night stay.

Great location! Easy to walk to many landmarks and lots of good food around. The room wasn’t as clean as I would have expected when I checked in, but I told you staff and they remedied this right away! Unfortunately, the hot tub on the roof did not look like it had been cleaned or used in a long time, which was disappointing, but overall it was good value for solo traveler.

Pretty good

It's a good location, but the air conditioner did not work very well and the TV was not operative. The refrigerator did not work either but they did exchange that for a working one when I brought it up. The bed is very firm but I feel like that's standard in Asia and I kind of like it. Clean and good location to see all the touristy spots.

The room didn't match the description on Expedia. The front desk clerk (which is a tiny desk on the stairwell landing between the first and second floors) explained that none of their rooms have televisions or a working safe. Their rooms don't include hand soap in the bathroom. You get to wash your hands with the tiny tube of shower gel they provide after using the toilet. Their jacuzzi was filled with dirt and leaves upon my arrival. One person told me that it hadn't been used since COVID. They did sort of clean it up and fill it with water, but I wasn't about to be the guinea pig for that. This place was probably quite nice 20 years ago, but it's best to avoid now until somebody remodels it.

Plus for Nice location but the rest was not What i expect. No cleaning in 4 nights even i asked for it several times. Really hard beds and the room is not the size Hotels.com tell. The jacuzzi on the top had just cold water and was not changed. Had no Tv , and was only cold water in the shower. Will not change This room for next holiday in Khao San

I so wanted to give a better review. Staff are so friendly and helpful. This usually makes up for a lot. I was sick when there so this was extra special for me. But when the electricity stopped working and they had to move me to another hotel they booked randomly (oh so bad) and no refund this was bad. Back to my stay in the diamond hotel. I try to ignore the fact that this building continually moves. Like earthquake wobbles. Very scary and often. Woke me up sometimes. They said ‘it’s ok’ mmmm
