The shuttle was very much on schedule. The rooms are spacious, clean. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and it is always my go to property when I go to Bangkok. It is probably not the most convenient hotel if you are planning on spending much time in Bangkok, but it is very accessible to the airport.

I stayed one night, however, it was a great night. I enjoyed the deli and their staff, it's a very clean and beautiful property! The pictures don't do it justice! I particularly can't say enough good things about the spa! Ask for Sarinthip and a 90 minute Thai massage! Best massage of my life!

I always stay at Cortyard when i go to Pattaya or Hua Hin since it is very close to the Suvarnabhumi Airport where I catch up with the bus to these cities.

Great location with a lot of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Perfect place to stay if you have an early morning flight from BKK. The shuttle runs every hour on the 1/2 hour from the hotel to the airport. I will be staying here again.

Great option for a one night stay near the airport. The room was clean, quiet and well maintained. We walked across the street to the mall which has lots of food options and some shopping. Definitely make use of the hotel pool, it's fabulous and spacious! Dinner at the burger restaurant in the hotel was delicious too.

Check in desk the first visit was friendly and professional. The second time we checked in the front check in was not friendly at all. Also, we had to change rooms because we got assigned rooms that was not the type we reserved. The concierge desk on the first stay was very helpful and knowledgeable.
