The room is always spotless and incredible. The staff is amazing, thoughtful, and are so sweet. Breakfast is great every morning and changes, highly recommended. Walking distance to great food, bars and entertainment. Close to the train system and very easy and quick to get a grab/bolt. Anytime i’m in Bangkok, I stay here. Probably my favorite hotel in the world thanks to the staff and pool table downstairs.

From the reception of the staff to the excellent amenities Citrus Suites again surpassed all expectations! Amazing room, great shower! And great breakfast when we actually managed to get up from the exceptionally comfortable bed!! Noticed a little dirt behind the table in the kitchen area but other than that it was spotless!!

Helpful staff, good room size (family room with bunk beds) small but decent pool on roof - all in it’s very good, I would give it excellent if it wasn’t for the area, it’s close to sukumvit 4 and the local area is pretty seedy, especially if you’re travelling with young kids as we were. Very good hotel really helpful staff and nice room but the area is pretty sketchy (basically on edge of red light dostrict) and may not suit all, particularly families
