Location is deep inside a small alley which might not be safe to solo travellers. Location at Sukhumvit means heavy traffic jams and it is tedious to take a cab due to the traffic jam. Place is average 3 star at most.

We had the rice soup, Kao-Tom, for breakfast which was one of the best we’ve had in Thailand. Room was clean, parking easy, with a lift from the basement parking to the rooms which was helpful. 24hr tuk-tuk service to the start of the street, ‘soi’, was very useful
