I’d like to start off saying I would definitely stay here again. Room was nice atmosphere was nice - the construction took away from the vibe but it’s ok, staff was friendly for most part. The food was good. Massages were good.

Our time at the Fig Lobby was relaxing and fun. The staff was amazing, very promot and professional, from the moment from check in to check out. They were able to meet all of our needs and then some! The hotel is situated closely to 7/11s, a Lotus shopping center, by multiple parks, and across from Khlong Toei Market. The only complaint would have to be on the cramp roads and crowded sidewalks, but these are Bangkok norms 555.

Funky hotel with wonderful staff! Clean and quiet. The staff really make this hotel special. Dan, Gau, Bee, and others were so helpful. The rooftop bar is a great place to chill out at the end of the day with great views of the city and usually a nice breeze.

Hotel was very clean and modern with a lovely rooftop bar/space. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Surrounding area was not amazing as it’s close to a slum but completely safe for walking during the day.

It was nice, my research built it up to be better than it was. I wasn’t impressed that the sauna and jacuzzi on the roof were subcontracted out to a different company who charge hotel guests to use them. Staff at the rooftop restaurant were so so nice!

I loved this place!! Room and washroom were nicely designed and very spacious. They even had a cute boutique set up in the front lobby/main floor. Really cool pieces. Staff were very nice too. I’d definitely stay here again!! Worth every cent!

Staff were very helpful. The hotel has really cool vibes. Enjoyed the sauna and the ice bath on the roof. Was unable to go to the fym but hopefully next time. We had one issue where one of our pillows had some dark spots but it was quickly replaced by the staff once we raised it to them. Overall would recommend especially for people wanting a different type of hotel.
