Great hotel, we stayed 3 nights at the start of our holiday. We had booked a suite with club lounge access, we arrived on a morning flight and the staff were great and checked us in early as our suite was ready, our suite was on 17th floor, plenty of lifts and never had to wait for a lift. Our room was amazing with a comfortable lounge area, large flat screen tv in lounge and another in the bedroom, good size bed and a great shower. The pool area had plenty of loungers, with some shaded areas too. We had breakfast in the club lounge on 24th floor, there is plenty of choice, we had afternoon tea in the lounge which was very pleasant, also canapés with wine and cocktails in the evening. The staff are super helpful and all speak English, all in all a great stay, would definitely recommend.
