Despite construction, the stay was lovely. Lots of thoughtful touches: complementary 2 pieces of laundry washed and pressed, afternoon tea, Happy Hour. I am not sure if these amenities were to compensate for the current construction or a regular thing. The room was large and comfortable. The pool was refreshing. Disappointed the rooftop bar was closed ( construction). Will choose again when in Bangkok. The area was easy to navigate on foot. Breakfast stellar. My one recommendation would be that some of the corridors we had to navigate ( due to construction) would benefit from air conditioning. They were indoors but stifling . Over all - loved it !

The bathroom had a stinky smell that I had to call about and it did return a couple of times. The rooftop was closed which was the main reason for me picking this hotel. It wasn’t told to me until after I’d paid for my stay and couldn’t request a refund. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The property is a little dated, but still nice.
