Unique jungle oasis in Bangkok! Very different than the hustle and bustle of the other areas. Peaceful, lush, and abundant wildlife. Staff was lovely! I would recommend.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Such a great experience here. Open air showering with wildlife just the other side of a balcony rail!
Breakfast was great. Beautifully presented and tasty.
We have travelled round thailand and the bed here was probably the best we have slept in.
I just wish we had stayed longer
I arrived from the airport train changing at the Hua Mak station to the monorail (yellow line) to Samrong & changing to the green line to Bang Na. Followed by a short taxi ride to the pier & a ferry across the river. This seemed the easiest way.
When I arrived the staff were friendly & gave me a complimentary welcome tea prior to checking in.
The room matched the photos. It was clean but worn. The rooftop sunbed was dirty, to be expected being outside. Underneath when the tide came in you could see the water, its a shame there is so much pollution.
I did not eat at the location so I cannot rate the food or service.
I often used the bikes provided onsite - they are old but they work. There is a lot of wildlife on this island & near the treehouse.
The staff were quick to arrange a private taxi to collect me the next morning to the airport. The fare was cheaper than advertised on their website.
Although there was a lot of boat noise during the day it was quite at night. But - the walls are thin. The people in the next room had friends visit & were drunk & rowdy still at 2am. I called staff on the room phone who were hesitant to ask the people to leave the room & be quiet. That lack of service from the staff about this was disappointing.
It was nice to visit once, but I wouldn't come back.
I will come here again now that I know where Treehouse is located. It is a beautiful property. But getting here was absolute hell. One cannot drive to their location. one can only drive to a wat (temple) that is a ten-minute walk away along the river. My taxi driver was flummoxed in trying to take me here, and we wasted over an hour pf extra time trying to find the place. I interviewed three other guests who had the same problem. This could be solved by putting up signs at the wat directing people, in English and Thai, on what they need to do. It is a long overdue and obvious solution.

Quirky but does not live up to its promises on web
Unique and interesting but utterly overpriced due to it having novelty value. Website completely out of date means promises on the website are not kept by the hotel. Eg it being a vegetarian eco hotel - and then serving all types of sausage at breakfast and dinner. the idea is great but it is clear that the hotel now needs attention from the owner to find its way back to the original path
The location is awesome.
Insect repellent on the rooftop would be nice.

Absolutely enjoyed being away from the bustling citylife, and the serenity staying in this area. The accommodation was comfortable, staff was pleasant as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will consider coming back.
Though the light in our bathroom was broken and they could not fix it within our 1 day stay, we were completely okay with it, but might be something to look out for.

Nice place but needs some improvement.
The place is well designed. But the maintenance is quite poor. The staff is friendly though the standard of service and hospitality doesn't quite match the price.
Overall, we absolutely LOVED our 'tree house'! From the food in the restaurant to early check in, the staff were beautiful as were the double indoor/outdoor shower. The bed and pillows were comfy but the stairs at a 45 degree angle aren't for the faint hearted or those with dodgy knees!
If you would like something a little bit different, we would recommend you stay here.
15min walk with the luggage.
Horrible and dangerous stairs to the bedrrom on the second floor.
No pricacy. No door in the toilet. Transpatent walls. You can hear people fart in the next room. U can also smell it ...
Tasteless and poor breakfast.
The river around is like a landfill.
The worse, they are crooks: We asked to add one guest and exoedia said that would be an extra 1,000 baht. When we arrived, they didnt prepare an extra bef so they gave us an extra ropm. And insiated on charging full price for that room, which doubled our cost.
I'd rather sleep on the street bext time than go to this place.
Hotel was well maintained and service staff were amazing! Overall very enjoyable stay, just lots of mosquitoes...

The staff were friendly and the room was a nice little set up. Also, good to be away from the hustle and pollution of central Bangkok. Some of the place needs a bit of maintenance and the service for dinner was pretty poor but overall was a pleasant stay.
