I have been staying in this hotel every year when I travel to BKK, area is so convenient for shopping, airport railway, free shuttlebus offered by Baiyoke to weekend market, airport railway, siam square etc, staff are very polite and helpful too. Went with my friends and his family but due to the rundown of the hotel, they prefer to stay in Glow instead. Hotel management may consider to do some revamp/ renovation including changing the hotel items. - aircon as the noise is quite annoying. - bigger size television. - sofa. - curtain should change to the full length as the sunlight can be seen in the morning. - pillow is too high and thick for Asian as it causes neck pain after a night of sleep. - bed has spring which causes interruption from sleep when partner tossed and turned during the night.

The room felt neglected and there were water damaged flooring. There was a fire in one of the rooms and there was no central fire alarm to notify guests on upper and lower floors. The beans served for breakfast was very hard.
