Desk very arrogance - noisy Room

During check-in I lost 30min because they asked me for 1000THB deposit and on the website they didn't say anything, I proposed to pay with the card...nothing. I started to ask for explanation, call the portal and after 30min they granted me access. It was not about money but principle and the arrogance of the front desk. Spacious room, poorly soundproofed, bathroom leaked water everywhere. Convenient and strategic location! Very nice concierge. Doubt to go back....

it was near the markets. The hotel needs an upgrade. some of the staff especially the one's in the front desk needs to be more knowledgeable regarding the places near the hotel. for example the restaurants. Some of the staff needs to learn to speak english since a lot of tourists visits Bangkok.

Funny lift position. Located in between floors. Not suitable for wheelchair and old people or people with difficulty in walking. Not really sound proof wall. We can hear people talking from apposite and adjacent room. No privacy. Room not as per advertised.

Facilities are minimal for the cost we spent. Front desk people are not customer frindly. No microwave Facilities available. poor water drainage at the bathroom floor. It is all the time wet. Keep 1000 bht refundable deposit. When compared to the hotel we accommodate prior to this hotel for the same price, condition of this room was very bad.

バンコクへは何回か来ているが、このホテルはARTからも近く良い場所にある。 施設については古いが特に問題となる所は見当たらない。 朝食についても悪くは無いと思う。 今後も利用したい。

Nice place

The aircon not cold.. the lifts are inbetween flights of stairs.. so u need walk stairs from yr lift to yr room no matter which floor you go. There are shuttle bus to several places and for weekend free shuttle bus to chatuchak market. The staffs are wonderful. The hotel is very near the airport railway train. I will stay again
