Good AC, poor toilet, ok value

The facilities are mostly new. Males toilet wouldn’t flush without multiple efforts and adding water from hose which is unpleasant when dealing with a communal toilet that has been vomited in. Unable to get hot water in shower, Luke warm at best. I like a firm bed but these were beyond hard.

Terrible experience

Staff aren’t friendly nor helpful, the entire place smells especially inside the bedroom. I booked a room with a private bathroom which cost me the same if not more than a decent hotel room ( around 50$/night). Room cleaning sign on the door knob only got my bed poorly made with the same sheets, no towel replacement nor tidying up on anything on a 4 night stay. The room looked much older and much less clean than the pictures, always felt damp and always smelled every time I went in. The only good thing about this place is the location. This will be my first and last stay at this hostel.
