Great stay

It was a great short stay as I had an early flight to catch next morning. The capsule was clean and comfortable. The nearest toilet is at level 1. The staff was friendly and helpful during check in.

Super clean and easy access, right next to airport link train and the toilets are not too far. Keep in mind you won't have access to a shower, but otherwise really convenient

My first time in a capsule hotel, I founded very cute, the sheets super white, spacious because was a Queen bed, quiet (around 1:00 a.m), the check in after I found the place, was quick, the receptionist very helpful. Very nice experience, highly recommended.

The person who attended the property and checked me in was very nice and helpful. The inside of the capsule is very clean and spacious. The lockers are pretty spacious too.

Simple, clean and comfortable

Needed to sleep for a couple of hours between flights. Simple, clean and comfortable. It won't be for everybody but as a solo traveler it really worked for me.

Perfect when you need a 12hours rest before flying to the next destination that does not require any transportation. It is on the same floor as the airport link station. Only take 10min from the place to go to the airline check in counter.

Great quick stay. The check-in screen was out of order but the staff present was very nice and helpful. She showed us our pods and explained everything. The only downside was a very noisy (faulty) fan and a non-functional USB charger in the other pod (they organized power anyway.

The signs might be misleading but it helped to watch some YT videos prior. The capsule was comfortable and convenient. Had all the basic amenities you need and friendly to use. Staff was helpful and kind. Only set back was that the bathroom was on the 1st fl.

This is exactly how it is described on the listing. This is a great choice for convenience if you have an extremely late flight or an extremely early flight. Sleeping in the basement of the airport is very convenient in that situation. I felt safe and secure. Note: some hotel staff don’t know where to find this at the airport. Find your way to the lowest level (Basement) in the main airport building.

Very good location and internal condition for this Capsule hotel, just that the inconvenience of access to washroom. Have to walk a long way to an upstairs public washroom, which is full of people and not clean at all. Need to build a dedicated one near capsule hotel area for hotel guests only.

Property is clean. Staff friendly. Convenient for a layover avoiding going into Bangkok and fighting traffic. Cons- 5 minute walk from nearest bathroom Other issue during my stay- airport air conditioning broken in area of hotel. Only a weak fan in the capsule making it hard to sleep. Property should have provided partial refund as it did not result in much needed rest. I could have slept on a bench for free.

The property was difficult to find, and on B2 with the nearest toilet on B1. The mattress is not queen sized, if taller than 6ft2 you might not fit. However it could fit 2 adults and small child if needed. It was clean, in a quite location, with a 7/11 about a minutes walk away. Leaving is made easy and getting to your connecting flight is no problem - took just over an hour to get back through customs and into duty free/eatting area.

I wish every airport had these! It’s such a great idea. Super cool pods, comfy and convenient with a lovely receptionist. Located in the basement, down the ramp next to the railway in a quiet area of an otherwise busy airport. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.
