MY 1ST CHOICE FOR BANGKOK STAYS. A well-maintained hotel and residence facility with a professional and responsive front desk team. The gentleman, nicknamed "Monty" makes every stay of mine fulfilling; I see him as ever present in or near the lobby orchistrating the 5 star treatment of all of this Oakwood's guests. "Saii" is equally a professional member of this Oakwood team; she ensured that my room was always clean and well provisioned with amenities...I always feel welcomed like I was coming home by this Oakwood staff...they are a credit not only to themselves and Oakwood, but to Ascott as well - they are the "Thai smile" that makes every stay here special.

Hotel was located close to main BTS Saphin Taksin and the Sathorn Pier, which gets you along the Choa Praya River. Hotel itself was very clean and staff were amazing. I stayed with my teenage son and felt safe the entire time. Hotel has carded entry and guard on staff at all times. We will stay there again! ขอบคุณ
