The hotel’s right in the middle of the nightlife, but the room itself was quiet and comfy. The rooftop pool and sauna were a great way to unwind after a decent buffet breakfast with Thai, Indian and American dishes. For the price you really can’t go wrong, and I’d happily stay here again.

The location is absolutely amazing. Empshere mall is right across the front door. bts phrom phong is about 5 minute's away. There were some minor issues, no hot water, safe not working, phone charger not working and thr staff was very friendly and helped out immediately.

I didn't use the optional breakfast. The hotel could use a refresh. The rooms were old and dated, but very functional. The hotel staff always greeted me coming and going. The hotel is located in a GREAT location. The rooms had a musty smell, but overall good. The housekeeping was hit and miss. Sometimes cleaned early, other days 5pm or later. The pool area only had 3 lounges, and a couple of seats. There were no towels in the pool area. Overall great location, but really dated rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Very busy hotel in a great location. Staff members are excellent. The hotel needs to be kept clean. Too much of mildew in the bathroom and the laundry room looks like my clothes could get dirty coming out of the room. If you only need a few night to explore Bangkok, this hotel is a great choice due to its location.

My stay at the Arawana Regency Park was very, very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet and it was very convenient to many good shopping and eating destinations. Though the hotel is older and could use remodeling, it is well maintained and an excellent value for the price. When I left, I forgot my valuables in the safe. Before I could contact them, Ken, the manager, contacted and told me he had and would hold them for me to pick up. Ken helped me avert a disaster and I cannot thank him and the staff enough. If you stay at this hotel, you can be confident that the staff is trustworthy and extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.

the hotel is very conveniently located next to the Gourmet Market of Emphere! this a plus as it is also easily connected to the BTS which is Phrom Phong. the concern i have with the room is that it smells.. the air somehow is not clean. the toilet bowl needs to be flushed in a manner where loads of water are wasted just to do a flash. no good.. i was lucky to have a quiet room. the house keeping was good. perhaps they should ventilate the room proper.

If you need a couple nights to explore Bangkok, this hotel is great due to its location. Staff members are excellent. Cleanliness is an issue. There is too much mildew in the bathrooms and the laundry area is also not remotely clean. Breakfast is ok but get there early to avoid cultural crash is recommended. If you are culturally resilient, you should be fine. I found it fascinating. There is no parking for this hotel. It is difficult to just park in front of the hotel to get load luggage. If you have a car, parking at the Marriott down the road is available for a fee.
