Hotel.com charged us for unavailable services

I’ve booked for three people and paid the premium for it. But apparently the hotel did not provide the extra bed. We were expected to share a bed with 3 people! After some appeal we were given “bedsheet like” apparel as the extra bed. Definitely not what we expected! It seems that Hotels.com has charged us for services that Art Hotel do not provided.

Problem med incheckningen trots att jag både mailat via hotels. com sida samt ringt och kollat att det var ok att checka in på natten.Vi fick vårt rum efter jag blev lite irriterad. Rent och fräsht men lite för hård säng. Toppenläge om man ska vidare med tåg, endast 3 minuter att gå.

フライトの影響で、到着が夜中の1時半にホテルに着きました。連絡をしなかったのですが、フロントの方がしっかりと対応してくれました。部屋は、シングルベットの部屋でシャワールームトイレはついてませんが、共同用のトイレシャワーを使いましたが特に他の宿泊者とは接触することなく利用することができました。特に良かったのは、MRSの駅が徒歩3分で行けるとこだったので自由に行動することができました。

Great budget hotel

Nice boutique hotel close to train station. Very clean and comfy. I booked cheapest room but on arrival found it had only shared bathroom. I paid 300 baht extra for private facilities. This is a great budget hotel for overnight stay when catching an early train - 5 mins ealk to station.

J'arrive avec ma réservation, la réception ne m'attendait pas. J'insiste gentillement et obtiens une chambre, mais elle n’était pas faite. Finalement, on me trouve une chambre correcte. Propreté moyenne, étage en travaux, salle de bain commune trop vielle pour être propre. Je confirme que les chambres sont TRÈS mal insonorisées. On entend le voisin comme s'il était avec nous. Je suis restée 4 nuits. On entend la rue aussi. La première nuit on s'adapte et après ça va mieux. Ce n'est pas le plus sécu des coins prés de la gare... Je crois que l'on paye plus que l'on reçoit. Je suis curieuse de voir après travaux.

Perfect for the station and great price

Hard to review as this hotel seems to be under going refurbishment. It's perfect for for the train station as it has a entrance bang opposite the hotel. The room was ok, aircon worked well, double bed, cupboard and tv The bathrooms were a big let down had to go downstairs to use it and they were not the cleanest and very old. Hopefully they will be getting refurbished also they are in great of it.
