First of all I’ve never stayed in a hotel anywhere in the world that did not offer toilet paper. This one does not. Location is not particularly great but not a lot of selections in the area overall. Bed was terrible unless you like sleeping on a piece of plywood (figuratively speaking). So there stars might be stretching it actually.
