“Disappointed with both the service and the room, upon arrival I requested a room located away from the nightclub just a few meters from the hotel, as I had a very early flight. I was told there were no rooms available, but was immediately offered another for an additional fee, which was unacceptable. My experience in the room was honestly unsatisfactory. While the bed was comfortable, there were dust mites, and I woke up several times during the night with bites, and they weren't bed bugs....

“Room was quite basic but spotlessly clean. Breakfast was adequate. A few issues when checking in, but resolved fairly quickly. Had to call for maintenance over discoloured water and they arrived within minutes and were able to resolve this issue.”
