I saw roach and ants in my room. I had to change rooms twice due to bugs. Staff was helpful but they need exterminators big time. It’s infested with bugs. I stayed in two hotels in Thailand and this was the case in both. I think it just is what it is.

Hotel is split between 2 buildings divided by a street. Bright and glitzy reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean but the previous occupant had left a slipper behind which housekeeping didn't remove. Breakfast had a wide selection to cater for different national tastes. Location was good with buses and metro close by.

We booked a room based on the pictures provided when making the reservation. However, when we arrived, we were not given the room we had booked. We were shown four different rooms, all of which looked the same, and none matched the room we had originally selected. We were then informed that the room we had booked was actually already occupied/booked out and that we would not be able to stay in the room we had paid for. This was extremely disappointing, as the room we received was not what was advertised or what we had booked based on the pictures provided.

Great hotel with very special location.
