We enjoyed our stay at the Juniper Hotel. The staff were excellent and made great recommendations about where to see wildlife. We were able to see elk up close and also caught sight of a coyote near the golf course. Our room had a lovely view of the mountains, Banff Springs Hotel, and the Vermillion Lakes. The food was excellent at the Juniper Bistro. The shuttle was very convenient and the drivers very nice!

The staff were very kind and attentive to our needs at check-in and check-out. The hotel was a block away from Highway 1 and had a large visible sign which made finding it easy. The Bistro had a good selection of food and wine. We also enjoyed the hot tub which eased the stress after a long day of driving.

We loved the Juniper! The atmosphere is so chill & relaxed, a very soothing vibe. The decor is a combination Mid Century Modern and natural/rustic, very tastefully done. Everyone on staff we met was friendly, welcoming & helpful. The food has been AMAZING! Your chef is a master craftsman. Special kudos to Myron, Hera & Jim.

We stayed in one of the Forest Cabins. Perfect for having a bit more space. The property is exceptional. Although the cabins did not have the views of the main inn, we had access to the view in the hot tub and from the patio of the restaurant! I would highly recommend the property as you have easy access to downtown without the traffic! Easy parking and access to bike and hiking trails from the property. You will not be disappointed!!!

Very nice hotel, services, amenities and staff. It was nice to be right out of center of town but have shuttle service to town whenever we wanted. Use of free e-bikes, bear spray and back packs was such a pleasant surprise. Staff was super nice and prompt, style of the hotel as modern lodge inspired was great. Only complaint would be the extremely small bed side table . It wasn’t really a side table but a stool.

We spent only one night at the Juniper; the room was beautiful, the view was great. Unfortunately.it looked over the highway, which really didn't bother us. The Juniper is about 5 minutes away from the hubbub of downtown Banff. The staff are super kind and helpful. Hope to return soon to enjoy the restaurant, the hot tub and the e-bikes. Wonderful hotel.
