The location is great, the room was very nice, we had breakfast twice in the restaurant and that was nice. I think we must have visited at peak time because the crowds were huge and sometimes the staff was stretched thin. I’d recommend staying here, it’s central to Banff so getting around is easy.

Property has great location. Travel by Roam bus is very accessible. The rooms are big enough to accommodate a family. The hot tub and sauna are great addition to the property and are very well maintained. A microwave in the room would not hurt as an addition ( microwave is located at first floor and there is only 1 available). There are helpful staff and there are also not so helpful. Overall, I’d recommend the property. It is clean and well maintained.
