You have great staff, keep them happy always! The hotel need some upgrades but the facilities are clean. Very good location too, away from the hassle and bustle of core but have great restaurants within walking distance. A very rusfic nice lodge located well within 15 mins from Banff downtown so eash access to all the coffee shops and restaurants. One of the few lodges that have a free parking for a rental car. It does not have a restaurant for bfast though. We enjoyed our stay for 2 days.

Great stay, great location, we got the two bedroom room so it was just enough space for a family of 4. Free covered parking, coffee in the lobby, hot tub and indoor pool all came through clutch. Front desk was extremely helpful and the roam passes were great to get to downtown. This is a dated property but the stay was great despite that.
