Enjoyed our stay here, saw elks right outside of our unit. It’s about 5 minutes drive to downtown, 10 mins by bus. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were given bus passes, so getting around was easy.

The view from the hot tub was awesome. The room was a little bit dated but it was nice to have a stove and refrigerator. Overall it was a decent place to stay with some extras such as on site BBQ grills and an in room fireplace.

This property is special, beautiful views and hospitality is high from the staff, but the individual rooms are pretty run down and years behind on upkeep. You’ll see animals on-property, so there are trades to be made on accommodations, but it’s close to town and busses are easy out front.

Hidden Ridge is about 10mins to Banff downtown, and they have a complimentary shuttle service that takes you to town, so getting around was easy for my family, the rooms were spacious, they had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable like cutlery, pots etc.The hot tub has an awesome view. The only thing I hope they fix is the showers you need to use before jumping into the hot tub. It was out of service during our stay. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend.
