Great location, older hotel but worked for what we needed during our stay: easy check-in, quiet, close to town but not too close to the crowds.

Able to leave our luggage early. Appreciated the free transit passes. Was only there 1 night and place met our needs but was a bit rundown.

We had a wonderful stay. We had the upper condo of one of the fourplexes. It was not fancy, but was comfortable for 4 adults. The pool and hottub were great. The location was nice and quiet and picturesque. Convenient distance from downtown Banff. Complimentary roam was perfect and a short trip to downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The Price was by far the cheapest we could find in Banff, but the room was very dated. If you are expecting a clean room for a fair price you won’t be disappointed.

Ok price for the peak fall season. Great location. It is an old facility but it was spacious for my family. We had a suit with 2 bathrooms. Overall, I was satisfied when I could not find anything else with a reasonable price.

The location was excellent and easy to take the ROAM bus to areas in Banff, QUite and peaceful. Our room needed an update and a good deep cleaning. The range didn’t work very well. Housekeeping staff was attentive to our needs.

Okay location in Banff, with accessible public transportation, and complimentary bus passes provided. We booked a multiple bed suite and arrived with two vehicles. Free parking is good. Good for families. While the layout of the suite is okay, the property is old and tired, and updating and refresh is much needed.

Good rooms and overall clean property, kindly ensure to update the hotel during checkin for asthma or allergens so you can get a room away from the wood burning smell, the hotel management was kind enough to relocate us, very good and clean beds and bathroom and ample hot water, the water park and hot tubs are a blessing in winter season, would consider rebooking in future again for sure. The complimentary transit passes are huge help so you can enjoy the city without taking your car everywhere.

I read the reviews and was fully informed but wanted to pay a lower price. It is dated, dull and old. It is out of the town so a good walk to get you in. They do offer free bus tickets to get you into town which is great as Banff has no real parking available. The people were kind and check in went smoothly.

The hotel was located right across the street from a bus pick up, which is the way to travel in Banff. Our room was clean but very outdated. The kitchen was marginally equipped. It did have a fireplace and wood was provided free of charge. The hotel provided free bus passes. One night, the heater would not come on, but was quickly addressed by their maintenance man.
