First time staying at this property and this place exceeded all expectations. Clean, quiet, and great amenities offered. Breakfast was provided and it was a pleasant surprise. Unlimited smores station was a plus especially if you have kids. Used the hot tub and it was clean.

The hotel had very clean, very comfortable rooms. It’s in a decent location, but about a 10 min walk to most of the downtown stuff. I loved the garage parking. We were on motorcycles, and having them covered and away from the public was huge. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, and the breakfast was awesome.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Canalta! The location was perfect; just outside the main strip and much quieter but was an easy walk to anywhere downtown. If we didn’t feel like walking the bus stop was right outside the hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful and breakfast was great daily! We would definitely stay here again

Great hotel on the outskirts of Banff. Easy walk into town but nice restaurants nearby in the surrounding hotels (check out Suddenly Sally at Hotel Canoe). Good breakfast included each morning and they also have a small deli/coffee shop/bar in the lobby. They also have a s’mores bar every afternoon!! Parking is in garage below the hotel which was convenient but another $20 per day. Overall a great spot!

We stayed here two nights and had a great experience. Located right on Banff Ave and a .8 mile walk to all the shops and restaurants. Clean hotel, nice staff and my family loved the hot tub. Great amenities, including breakfast and coin-operated laundry. Laundry came in handy on a 10 day trip to the area. I'd stay here again if back in the area.

Although we were out most of the time during our stay, We enjoyed our stay here. Beds are comfortable and friendly staff. Free breakfast was a plus.
