The staff here is kind, welcoming, and very accommodating. Very scenic walk into Banff town (about 25 minute walk from hotel into center of town) or you can take the Roam bus. The breakfast was great in their restaurant. Would stay here again!!

We spent two night at the hotel. For four people, the interior was cozy, but a bit tight. Appreciated the separation between sleeping area and kitchen and fireplace. Reservations for dinner are strongly recommended. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, which worked one day and was being serviced the next. Nice proximity to downtown. Overall, a pleasant place to spend two nights while out adventuring during the day.

This is a great place to stay located in Banff! It was convenient to use the Roam bus to get into center of town and the complimentary bus passes were nice. The room was very clean and nice. We loved the sitting area with fireplace, balcony, and large bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!
