Staff were super nice. Breakfast was picked over by the time we got there around 9 but Starbucks is around the corner. Cute boutique hotel in the heart of Banff. With parking being at a premium, it was nice to park underground and walk everywhere. Would stay here again.

We had a very pleasant one-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. Location is everything and this property is close to Restaurants, shopping, tour pick up area, the staff are so friendly and helpful, breakfast is typical. The only one thing that I’m not happy about this property is no air conditioning. I still highly recommend and if I’m visiting Banff again I’m definitely going to stay here.

Lovely location right off Banff Avenue. Note to Americans -the rooms do not have AC. It worked out fine for us, and 2 fans were provided, but be aware during the hot months. Staff was super nice. Breakfast is billed as continental, but includes eggs and bacon or sausage-plenty for a full breakfast. The location of the breakfast room is a bit odd, but worth the walk.
