At check in very friendly staff. Motel it self very nice and clean. Room a bit small but we did so much activity we were really in the room. Pool area very clean. Public toilets very clean. Outside area was beautiful.

Nice retro renovation, very inviting. Pool courtyard is great, Palm Springs vibes. Our only complaint was the room we booked that sleeps 6 had all the beds clumped together, no privacy & translucent glass on toilet door. Other than that, place was great.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was modern and lively, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is also convenient for exploring Banff and the surrounding nature. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would happily stay here again!

We loved our stay at the Moxy Banff! As a family of 5, we had a large family room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a king size bed. The layout of the room was perfect, and thoughtfully designed with travelers in mind (exceptionally GREAT use of space in the layout of the furniture, lots of hooks/storage, in-room amenities like a huge kitchen-style sink, adequate seating and tables to hang out easily with others in the room, electronically controlled shades for the beautiful skylight in the vaulted ceiling). It is a bit far down the main road but could be a 10-15 minute walk or a few minutes' drive. The amenities within the lobby and common areas were also great and parking was easy.

Funky vibe, fantastic lobby for lounging, eating, and enjoying a beverage. Pool and hot tub was perfect. Only downside would be the distance to downtown if walking is an issue. It's about a 20 minute walk.

The Moxy is a very unique property and may not be for everyone, but these two ‘Boomers’ really enjoyed it. The queen double room is well thought out, spacious and comfortable. The staff was terrific! Ohla spent a lot of time getting us acclimated and answered our many questions about the hotel and Banff. Dushyant (I hope I didn’t butcher that spelling) was welcoming and friendly at the bar. The level of service he provided was very good. And lastly, Fithawit on the housekeeping team went out of her way to assist us and be sure we had everything we needed. This is a great place for families as well as couples.
