This hotel was a great choice for my first time in Banff! The location is a nice walk to the shops, and had a great hot pool to relax in at the end of a busy day. The wood fireplace in the lobby was so sweet!

This is my third time staying here, and I loved it just as much as the first time. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and the beds are great. The communal hot tub with jets + sauna is excellent after a long hike in the mountains. They don’t have a free breakfast included, but they make up for it with the complimentary Roam bus passes. All in all, very happy with what we get in exchange for the price. Looking forward to coming back again.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast at the Keg was very good. Older hotel with no fans in the bathrooms, and despite renovations showing its age in places. Free 3 day bus pass to get around Banff an excellent freebie.
