This was the second time we've stayed here and we love it. The hot tub is great, the included breakfast was good, and Whitebark cafe located on site is excellent. Location is also excellent - walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Banff.

This property is a hidden gem. Everything about it was excellent. The best included breakfast I've had when travelling, and I've traveled a lot. Great variety and everything was fresh, no powdered eggs etc. Fantastic ambiance in the courtyard. Two hot pools, one with a fireplace, and sitting area with fireplace and heaters. Great location, a nice stroll along the downtown core with many restaurants and shops. Great value for what I paid. Would stay here again.

The room was excellent—very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We also appreciated the free parking, which was very convenient. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Wonderful stay and highly recommended We stayed at the Banff Aspen Lodge for a week in October and couldn't have been happier with it. They let us check in early and gave us a room upgrade to the third floor, exactly as we'd requested and honestly, they were accommodating with every request we made all week. The room was large, spotless and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included every day, and it was excellent and a great way to start the morning before heading out. The staff were very friendly throughout our stay and the location is amazing as its right in the center of everything. Would highly recommend and we'd happily stay here again.
