Incredible stay. Unforgettable. The staff truly goes above and beyond. View from the city view rooms (especially where i stayed at lvl 7. Was incredible. I cannot believe this room was cheaper than the “garden view” rooms which imo had less of a view.

I recently stayed at Gaia Hotel Bandung and had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. I received a warm welcome during check-in with Risya, who helped arrange my rooms to be close to each other and even upgraded one of them from a garden view to a mountain view. Upon check-out, Hanny gave me a warm farewell and handled everything smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and all the other staff members greeted me kindly throughout my stay. Overall, the hospitality, service, and atmosphere made my visit truly enjoyable—I would be happy to stay here again.

まず、ロビーの突き当たりから見渡したガーデンと谷間とバンドンの街を見渡せる風景が素晴らしかったです。上から滝のように水が落ちてくる大きなプールで泳いだのも素晴らしい思い出になりました。朝食も、世界各国のメニューの他に、いろいろなローカルフードを試すことができて、とても楽しかったですが、アルゼンチンと日本の融合したレストランのメニューが素晴らしく、楽しい夜を過ごすことができました。部屋のポットも、ドリップコーヒーを淹れるのに最適な形で、その細やかな心遣いに感動しました。シャワーは排水に足が浸からないデザインがおしゃれな上に機能的、ふかふかのバスローブも嬉しかったです。毎年避暑に来たいです。
