We arrived late for check in at 3pm..,when we got there contacted the host ,we waited for a while till he arrived and once he arrived he told me the room wasn’t ready and it’s already 3:40 ish..,I asked him will it be ready in 15 mnts..?,he said he’ll tried his best..,I contacted him over and over again to ask weather the room’s ready ..,he told me to be patient and understanding..,but time had showed 4:30..,and he finally came to the lobby to tell us that it’s ready and escorted us to the room.I asked for compensation for the issue..,they granted us to check out at 2 pm instead of 12 pm..,which I appreciated they effort to mend for complaint.
