Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The WiFi was excellent and the staff were all amazing. The buffet breakfast was well stocked at all times and included plenty of variety of Indonesian foods. The rooftop Sky Bar afforded great views, happy hour was enjoyable and the food on offer was tasty, although pizza, pasta and burgers are not our preference. We couldn't fault the hotel at all, everything was fabulous. While it isn't located near anything to see or do, it is only a IDR30k Grab ride to KL Braga.

Very poor room condition. I have booked and put additional remark for non smoking room, end up I was assigned to the smoking allowed room. Called to front desk complaint and yet they only allowed to change the room next day. This is not the proper way of handling such important matters that disturb your customer from sleeping. The bathroom is scary, a lot of dark spot and mold nearby the amenities. Even the shower gel pump out from bottle also contain black mold. This is unacceptable. Next day change the room for me, no extra compensation and apologies. But the bathroom condition is the same. Black spot and mold everywhere ! Very poor maintenance hotel and extremely poor sound proofing. I can hear the motor and car outside 24 hours non stop. Avoid this property even this is under Marriott brand, I choose Moxy because of this, but this is such a let down.

Schönes sauberes Zimmer. Super nettes Team und das Cafe/Restaurant im EG ist auch nett und es schmeckt gut. Frühstück war auch gut. Pancakes. Frische Säfte, Früchte und Eierspeisen. Natürlich gibt es auch einige asiatische Gerichte zum Frühstück.

Hotelnya baru. Kamar dan kamar mandinya sangat bersih & praktis, makanannya enak dan cukup bervariasi. Pengalaman saya saat boooking tertera ekstra bed bisa disediakan bila ada permintaan, namun saat check in ternyata tidak bisa karena ukuran kamar. Sarannya, mungkin bisa diperjelas saat booking. Youthful hotel with nice friendly staff!

Really nice hotel with amazing helpful staff. Its rare to see everyone who is serving you having a smile always on their face. From the nice fresh ambience, to spotless cleanliness, to ever helpful staff it is difficult to find something which does not works for this property. The location itself is nice with lot of food joints within walking distance. From KFC/ Pizza Huts to authentic Indonesian food, all is in walking distance. If I have to find one issue it has to be lack of room service. That can be solved by using grab food, however one does miss 24 hours food service in room and absence of tea/ coffee making facilities. All in all, highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience a different kind of hotel with absolutely delightful service.

At the moxy

Staying in moxy was nice as always. For those in need for in-room fridge, standard and deluxe rooms don't have one. I don't know about other room types. As for amenities, the hotel only provided toothbrushes, shampoo/soap and conditioner. But they can provide more upon requests.

I feel 10 years younger by staying here, love it!

Some rules was shocking but they turns out a new exciting experience for me & family (wife & 3 yo son). No bell boy, indomie as breakfast, have to request for amenities, super friendly staffs, many more... not to mention clean & cozy room.. too bad they have no pool since they are 3 star hotel. Last, just give it a try, its all worth it, YOLO.
