Room is spacious & clean. Food at the restaurant was delicious especially the Australian Steak. However, the WiFi in the room did not work during our 5 days stay. This is our only complaint. Otherwise, it’s an ideal place to stay. Superb location & service

Ambience and layout of the interiors are excellent. One flaw is that there is no ramp up to the lift landing from the hotel lobby though. Thus, this will inconvenient guests who are on wheelchair ♿ or with disabilities.

Nice hotel in a good location

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff was friendly, place was lovely, location was great. Only gripe was the room was a little dark and the pillow was too thick for me. Would nonetheless stay here again if I were to return!

Nice hotel with a respectable cafe for its class. Hotel staff were very helpful at all times. No complaints on the location as it was close to everything you would want to do in Bandung.
