Overall was ok. Just that the hotel distance is pretty far from the city centre which is contradicted with others review saying its located at city centre. When we first arrived none of the taxi driver knows about this hotel and hotels.com itinerary has given the wrong address!! We had to get stuck in the traffic jam, my son was being grouchy due to exhausted! We had to ask around from the public then of all the people only one person knows about this hotel whereabout! Phew! Reached hotel for almost 1.5hr from airport? Pftt pls amend the hotel address to avoid confusion!

Good standard

The hotel has nice clean, modern rooms with great amenities. The WiFi was good when it worked but couldn't connect most of the time in the room so had to use lobby WiFi. The hotel staff are very friendly and try to provide good customer service but none of the staff speak English well so we had several communication issues.
