Bon rapport qualité prix

Hôtel pour une nuit avant de prendre le ferry, situation très pratique proche du port et restaurants à côté. L'accueil était fermé quand nous sommes arrivés mais enregistrement sur écran tactile à l'entrée très pratique, personnel du matin très sympa. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la literie.

Numéro de réservation différent

Je suis arrivée assez tard et il n y avait plus personne à l accueil. Le numéro de réservation reçu par email ne correspondait pas avec celui à entrer dans l ordinateur pour obtenir la chambre. Heureusement le service client par interphone a été très efficace et réactif. J ai pu obtenir ma chambre sans difficulté

Arriver vers 21h30, j’ai voulu commander dans la réception à la borne automatique un plat sur l’une des trois entreprises qui livrent à l’hôtel. L’une était déjà fermé, la seconde demander un minimum de 20 € de livraison sachant que j’étais seul une pizza à 9,50 €… La troisième entreprise avec le minimum de 15 €, j’ai réussi à passer la commande mais 10 minutes plus tard téléphone à sonner pour me dire que l’entreprise venait de fermer les cuisines… Et Tout le reste et notamment pour les vrais services de l’hôtel, aucun problème

La chambre était sensée être non-fumeur, ce qui n’était manifestement pas le cas. En arrivant la fenêtre était ouverte et il faisait froid. Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas mais un radiateur type grille-pain était mis à disposition. Malheureusement celui-ci a renforcé l’odeur de cigarette. C’est dommage car en dehors de ces problèmes tout est très bien et l’accueil parfait. Le petit-déjeuner est bien également.
