Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
They call and said no room available. I paid for two nights ,room should be guaranteed but no room. I had to stay other hotel with no hot water,no tv,no wifi no service ,very bad room.I mailed hotel.com and described my situation, I could not stay. I want full refund.
