“Overall a good hotel, probably give it 4 stars not 5. Reception could do with reading customer payment situation better, waiter in restaurant not knowing the dishes and looking confused when asked to check (this is a cust serv training issue). Another issue with 2 cleaning staff members not understanding basic English cleaning instructions. One saving grace was the excellent barman initial 'D' who really did the place justice.”

“Overall the hotel was justified with its price.”

“Amazing property !! Great stay!”

“Room 108, well appointed room, just without window view. Instant shower is hot, bed is comfortable. Good stay for overnight a few restaurants nearby with a 7-11. Not forgetting it has automated self service check in and check out without permanently manned front desk”

“While the staff are very friendly, the rooms are not very clean. Insects are found.”

“Excelente hotel, todo perfecto, el trato ni se diga, si volvería a este hotel no me importa que no se vean las Torres petronas sus restaurantes y su personal lo valen.”
