Reception desks and airport shuttle bus drivers are all excellent! Room are simple but comfortable and very clean. It takes about 10minutes to Yayasan Shopping Complex. We highly recommend this hotel!

Great for Millennials, Gen X and back packers

Staff was great, helped us with changing accommodations, car rentals, et cetera. A little off the beaten path, but safe. Great free tour - every day except Friday. Millennials, Gen X and back packers would be fine. A little tougher for Boomers.

This is a real travellers hotel. They have 2 buildings, the first one where you checkin and long term residents stay there. The sexond building is for tourists. The hotel offers a free airport transfer service so remember to book in advance otherwise it will cost you around 10BND each way via Dart. The breakfast is really poor but that doesnt matter because of the benefit of the transfer and most importantly the hotel offers a free day tour of the highlight. Boy-ok was our guide and he was fantastic. The power in the shower was great and we slept comfortably on the beds. This is not a glamorous hotel but it is an authentic travellers hotel and i would recommend this is you're okay to go without the luxuries. The only thing i would suggest an improvement on is making sure that the room has AC turned on prior to a customer's stay as it gets really hot and it takes a while for the room to cool down.

Nice but basic hotel. Great location for walking into town, safe, and clean. Has a free shuttle to touristy locations, as well as airport pick up/drop off. This place is not fancy, but for what it is where it is, it’s very good.

Great service but very hard beds

The hotell had a good location and the service was amazing. Free taxi pickup and drop off at airport and also free taxi service to see the sights in the city. The only negative was the the bed which was too hard.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus is a bonus to see the city. Breakfast is good and substantial. The room i had was quiet, clean and comfortable. The only minus is the TV was not working properly

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sauber. Der Frühstücksservice könnte besser sein. Der kostenlose Flughafentransfer und die kostenlose Sightseeing Tour sind eine tolle Sache! Unser Fahrer und Guide Boy war immer äußerst zuvorkommend, höflich und unaufdringlich.

The rooms were hot because the ac needs a key to turn on. It takes over an hour to cool the room. The faucet leaked. There was a festival going on close to the hotel and it was very noisy on a Weekday night. The refrigerator froze my medicine. The front office and restaurant staff speak limited English. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. There’s a free tour but it’s not mentioned on website.

Good value for money. Breakfast, Airport Transfers and City tour included in the price. If you are planning to visit Ulu Temburong National Park day trip please speak to the staff. They arranged the tour for me for $155. Staff is friendly and helpful.

到着時に対応してくれたスタッフの方、フレンドリー且つとても丁寧で印象に残りました。また、無料送迎シャトルサービスはとても便利、交通機関に難があるブルネイでは最高に有り難いサービスです。Gフロアにウォーターサーバーがあるのも何気にGOODです。何せコンビニなど一切有りませんから。海外ではまず見ないインスタント麺の自販機もあります。 部屋も綺麗に保たれており不満はありませんでしたが、バスタブがあれば更に良かったです。日本人なのでね。 立地はまあ良くはないです。自分はレンタカーを借りたので気になりませんでしたが、徒歩圏内に店など何もないので気を付けて下さい。 一つだけ不満点、空港に迎えを頼みましたが、到着後1時間以上待たされました。これならDart使った方が良かった。渋滞して遅れているとの説明でしたが、結局のところ他の便の客の到着待ちの為の様でした。到着時のPickupは頼まない方が良いかと思います。

The Staff and Location are the Best!

Someone from my adventure travel group recommended this property to stay, so truly there were no surprises as I was briefed in advance. The condition of the property was average. But where this place shines is the staff is wonderful and helpful. Also a huge benefit are the free transportation options for the airport and for local sightseeing and the walking distance to the waterfront is fantastic. I also enjoyed having the breakfast being included. I don't need a fancy hotel, just friendly, comfortable and safe. I would definitely stay here again.
