“L’hôtel est vétuste, mal isolé et la ménage laisse à désirer. J’ai retrouvé des cheveux dans le lit. La piscine est sale, l’eau est verte et les chaises et chaises longues sont en mauvais état voire dangereuses. ”

“This property was nothing like the pictures, when we pulled up outside I couldn’t believe it, we thought ok we’re here now, lets go in and check in, the lady on reception was lovely to be fair and I felt a bit sorry for her as I’m sure we weren’t the first to look disappointed. We went to our room and looked around, the first thing my partner saw was the white towels on the bed that had gone grey, we left our stuff and went out for a coffee, at which point we both said we need to book somewhere...
