“There was not enough water to take a shower. There are 4 bathrooms but only 1 person can shower due to slow running water. There are roaches in the unit. Remote controls don’t work for all the tv. The cleaning crew unlocks and enters the unit while we are still in the living room. The only good thing is the breakfast.”

“From pick up at the airport to checking in was smooth. The staff are very friendly and eager to please. We wanted a place to ourselves and be left alone and that’s what we got. More information about the grounds and operating hours would help. I had to contact guest services a lot the first couple of days bc there’s not enough information.
