It was an ok stay. For the price I would have expected way better. There weren’t enough towels. I tried calling down to the front desk repeatedly and there wasn’t any answer. The room was clean though and the pool and hot tub were nice to use.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was wonderful. The grounds were top notch. My only reservation is the advertised “city view” is not really a city view, so don’t get your hopes up.

The only feedback I can give is that despite cancelling my booking within 30 minutes Expedia was not able to get any response from the hotel with regard to any type of refund. We were in a tough situation with a broken down car but apparently the hotel does not consider extenuating circumstances which is extremely disappointing
